Typical energy consumption is displayed as 200 Wh/km in the car, but real world tests have revealed it to differ from car to car (Youtube-link).
It seems a typical energy consumption of 187 Wh/km is closer to the truth and is therefore a good default value. You can change it here if your car appears to have a different value.
You can also set these settings in the URL. In your the address bar of your browser type in http://range.teslastuff.net/?unit=metric&typical=215 to automaticly set the units to metric and typical consumption to 215. This can be bookmarked to make sure your settings stay the same even if the car forgets the settings stored in cookies.
